h81m-e33 vga compatibility

i want to buy a geforce 700 series vga (specifically EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GT740 2048MB GDDR5 FTW) but i dont know if it would work on my h81m-e33 mobo
if they'r compatible what psu you guys recommend me?
