Battlefield 3 Low Fps on Good Rig?

Hey guys so ever since i update it to windows 10 i been getting like 20-30 FPS on BF3 ultra 1080p, i usually use to get around 50-70 on 64P maps and idk why its doing that.

Is anybody else having this issue?

which driver you using?
did you do a fresh install of 10 or upgrade and kept your apps.
have you tried to repair install the game? (checked file integrity and reinstalled dx9c/june10 distros.)

i upgraded from windows 8.1 to 10, iahev the latest catlyst 15.7.1
i tried reinstalling and repairing it and nothing, ill try to do that
