Best course of action? 160 on XF or 320 on new card?

GREETINGS!

Trying to decide what's more convinient. Who knows?

Buy 1 more of the same card for CROSSFIRE? ($160)
OR
BUY 1 better card for twice the money ($320)

To increase my pc's power.

Keep in mind, my mobo and CPU are old. So I'm not sure they'll be able to keep up. SO far I'm running the latest games at almost (half HIGH) half MAXED OUT and it's about 25-30fps.
60FPS with all on high. (METAL GEAR GZ AND WITCHER 3)

You COULD potentially run into some bottleneck issues, but nah. In general, a GPU upgrade will definitely deliver in terms of gaming performance. Definitely dump the 280, you don't want two of those whizzing away in your rig.
