i want to buy 2x gtx 980 ti and i cant find a local store!

i tried to order from amazon... every thing went fine but when i went to pay from visa card (Note: im paying from lebanon) TRANSACTION FAILED!
i dont have much time to order online because my cousin is going to the airport the second day.

Except a quick check of the Microcenter in MI shows they only have 1 in stock and it's a PNY. The rest are out of stock.
