Insanely high memory usage, problem isn't the memory sticks themselves.

I haven't been having this problem after I first installed Windows 10. I replaced my memory sticks with some others I had sitting around the house, with the problem not being fixed.

I even switched from Chrome to Pale Moon, and it hasn't gotten better.

The only thing that helps, and it's only for a while, is a cold boot.

What could possibly be causing a memory leak this bad?

it's free for 30 days. It reacts to adware it doesn't block it. Run it I bet that is your problem, even if your other software does not detect it. If using free AV software, you will laugh, that free software will suddenly detect what hitman pro finds, sadly not all of it.

That doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. Would I have to restart my PC to see results?
