I'm trying to install Windows on my Asus X99-Deluxe build, but I am receiving the error "Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1". The error states "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu.".
I've setup both of my 500GB SSDs in RAID 0 and I also have a 2TB HDD that is not included in the RAID. During the installation of Windows I've loaded the latest
"Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) RAID" driver (v14.5.0.1081) and the issue still persists. I am also updated to the latest X99-Deluxe BIOS version.
I'm new to using RAID, but I cannot figure out a resolution. I've Googled a ton, but I cannot find any information in regards to my exact setup which is making it difficult to resolve. Any insight or resolutions would be greatly appreciated.
