win 10 and catalyst control center 15.7.1 for win 10

So i did a clean install of the drivers for my 280x on win 10 using the win 10 x64 drivers from amd, it said it all installed ok but I cannot find Catalyst control center anywhere on my pc now...

Check C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install folder and run the installer. For some reason it does not seem to auto install.
