Will this max out modern games with 60fps

Hello everyone im going to be building my first gaming pc very soon and I was wondering if this would max out games like gta5, BF4, Dayz just gmes like that, that are very demanding. I dont have a ton of money so if you suggest something please dont make it too expensive and i do need a monitor and OS with the build so if you know another good cheap monitor please tell me.

You will likely not max those games out with this kind of a setup but you will get high settings with decent fps. Also this build is much more cost effective and higher quality.

The GTX 960 4GB is useless as it cannot use all 4gb at once. And changed the mobo to a better quality one along with the PSU.

Will the r9 380 2gb be better than the gtx 960 2gb?

Yes. It performs slightly faster but in some old games it is buggy from what I hear. I would get R9 cards on a budget of less than 300. Unless you are doing rendering with a program that needs Nvidia or you want the higher reliability but the R9 cards are still fantastic.
