Where are some good places to buy off-lease computers?

Hiya, I am doing some research on building my own computer, however while I do that and save up for all the parts, I would like a temporary computer that I can use for work.

I am a voice over artist studying programming and 3d graphic design on the side, so I will need to run programs like Adobe Audition, Blender, Photoshop, SDK etc.

Are there any website or product recommendations for a used or refurbished computer I can buy till I finish getting all the parts and building a new one?
