First of all, sorry my bad english.

I'm logged with Microsoft account on my PC also on Windows Store, but when I click to Buy an app, open a white screen says "Please wait ..." and never goes out of it.
I Can download, install or run free apps, also test free trials, but not buy.

I've done the reset procedures and cache cleaning of Store, but not solved.

Windows 10 is activated and updated.

I never bought app from the Store in Windows 8.1 or 10, but I believe that I am not doing anything wrong.

Any help?

Hello,

You may try to switch to a local account from Microsoft account or vice versa.

1. Click Start >> type-in "accounts" and select the first result.

2. Click on "sign in with a local account instead. That’s it. Reboot and your problem should be fixed now.

If you still can't purchase any apps on the windows store;

Restart Windows Updates.

1. Right click on the Start button and select "Command Prompt (Admin)".

2. Now run these command one by one:

net stop wuauserv

net start wuauserv

3. Reboot once, you might not experience the issue again. If you still face the issue then try next suggestion.

1. Press Windows Key + R , type services.msc in the Run dialog box. Click OK.

2. From the Services window, look for Windows Update...

3. Double click on the same service to modify its Startup type. Select Automatic from the drop down list. Click Apply followed by OK.
