Ever since I've upgraded to Windows 10, this has been happening. RAM usage going through the roof without any other programs being used. This is caused by "System". The only fix i have is of course restart, but it happens so often, so it would be quite the hassle to do it all the time. These screenshots are not mine, I got them from another thread but something very similar happens to me (not happening now though, so I cant get screenshots)

Solution
Run spybot and malware-bytes. You likely have a program installed that over time is leaking into your memory. If the malware/spyware scans do not detect and remove the thing causing your problem then I would do a clean install of 7, confirm everything is good and then upgrade to 10.
