CPU Cooler - Don't forget one.
MB - Consider the Gigabyte below or step up the MSI Gaming 5.
MEM - The Z97 platform is ok with DDR3-1866. Just stick wtih 1.5v modules...
GPU - At that price consider the GTX 970. It consumes less power and generates less heat.
PSU - Nothing from Corsiar that starts with C or builder. Stick with XFX or Seasonic, or sift through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list in the link below. 550w is plenty, or 750w/850w if you want to add a second GTX 970 / R9 290 later.

CASE - That is a narrow case and won't fit many aftermarket CPU coolers.
