Yes they will. Not my first choice in power supplies but otherwise good selection, and there is no need to get a Z97 board if you are getting a processor which does not overclock (anything without a K on the end) but No compatibility issues.

Alright, I'll look at some of those. Before I saw your reply, I changed the MB, Case, and PSU. Could I get your thoughts on them? Also, somebody suggested I get a non-stock CPU cooler. Is that necessary? Again, thank you for your time and advice!

There are a lot of great $50-$70 case options that are excellent, I think the 530 is a bit overpriced when there are a lot of great other options out. Go onto youtube and check out the Hardware Canucks channel to see some good options. To answer your cooler question you do not NEED to replace the stock cooler, but replacing it with a good one like the Cryorig H7 or Cooler Master 212 Evo will keep the processor frosty for extended gaming sessions.
