dvd player no picture just sound toshiba laptop after windows 10 install

I just upgraded to windows 10 and now my dvd player, and videos from my hard drive, play with sound and no picture. Has anybody experienced this or know of a solution to this?

Hello,

This is a common problem from Windows 10 users after upgrading to windows 10. Kindly try the following;

1. If your computer is recent (shipped with Windows 8.1), check the manufacturer’s web site for updated drivers.

2. Check for driver updates from Windows Update.

3. Update your current graphics card.

4. After updating your drivers, restart your PC.
