I can no longer Move files using File Explorer without it crashing i also can open files but after the file opens File explorer crashes
I can move folders but File explorer will crash before it is done moving all files in the folder and it doesnt matter where the item is located.....even making a text file and moving it from My Documents to the desktop causes it to crash

Things I have tried
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
SFC /SCANNOW
Disabled All explorer.exe plugins and extensions using the AUTORUNS program from microsoft
Clean Boot
TAKOWN /F on all drives
Memory scans
Drive scans
Microsoft technical support all the way to Tier 2 who couldn't find the problem and suggested a clean install (this isn't an upgrade BTW its a clean install)
I have removed all installed to the point the installed program list was empty and the problem persisted

I did a clean install and the problem went away until today when i noticed it was back again after i downloaded a large ISO file and opened it with 7zip and then tried to transfer it to my D: drive (I have deleted the ISO and it is still persisting

System I am running
Asus X99 Motherboard updated to latest Bios
I7 5820k Processor
EVGA GTX 980 SC graphics
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2666 (16Gb) Ram
Samsung 850 Pro 250gb SSD
WD Black 1 TB storage
Synology NAS over network

Programs currently installed
Nod 32 System Security 9 Beta (was running Nod 32 8 on last install and still had problem)
Adobe Cloud, Photoshop, Lightroom
Rainmeter
Rocketdock
MSI Afterburner (had problem on previous install without having this program)
VMware (had problem on previous install without having this program)

I made a new user account and the problem goes away with this account but I want to to know what keeps causing this issue so I can stop it or fix it

Ok after 100 restarts systematically disabling each service....of all things....it is the Microsoft error reporting service....why is this crashing my explorer?

Edit: It doesnt seem to be this alone I have disabled a couple of Nvidea Startup processes and I also noticed that when i click to open my /D: drive it opens two instances of windows even if i right click and select open if i close the first window and only use the second explorer window that opens up i can move files as well as open them......does anyone know what would cause explorer.exe to open two time even without double clicking?

Had the same problem. I tried this and it seemed to work... If you kill the explorer.exe process and then start another explorer.exe process using admin rights, that is how I got it to work. Hope this helps!

Sure,

So what I have gotten to work is if you launch your task manager using the stand (CNTR + ALT + DEL) and then make sure you are on the 'PROCESSES' tab on the task manager and then scroll all the way down until you find something called 'WINDOWS PROCESSES' and then look for one that says something like 'WINDOWS EXPLORER' select this task, right click and select 'END TASK' after you do this you should not see anything related to windows besides the background and the open task manager window from here you need to select 'FILE' and then 'RUN NEW TASK' from the task manager and type 'EXPLORER.EXE' and MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE BOX LABELED 'RUN WITH ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES'

After all of that, windows explorer should be back up and running and that is how I got windows explorer to stop crashing.
