Any monitor suggestions?

I have $300 USD to spend on a new monitor, or maybe 2 monitors, but I don't know which one to buy. Some options are:

1xAsus VG248QE
1xAcer Touch GN246HL
2xAcer GN G246HL
2xAcer K222HQL

But any advice is appreciated!
Also, I don't have too many options because I'm from Mexico.

If you're playing games, then ASUS VG248QE. 24" HD with 144hz... can't beat that.

If you're working, then either of those dual monitors would be fine.

If you have Windows 8/8.1/10 and REALLY want touch screen capability, then I guess the Acer Touch GN246, but that's only after considering the above reasons. It all depends on what you do with your PC, and what you want out of it.

Well, I use my PC for Illustrator, Photoshop, digital design... that stuff, but I occasionally play.
