After installing Windows 10 on my wife's laptop several days ago everything was working fine. All of the sudden it won't boot normally after being shut off. When I start it gets through the initial Windows logo with "circle" and then goes black with a cursor. Doing a hard shutoff and then restarting resolves the issue...temporarily...until the next hibernation or shutoff. I've tried reinstalling the graphics drivers as I read that is where the conflict with Windows lies. What other trouble-shooting options can I try to resolve this? Thanks.
