Hello ! I want to build a gaming system . My first goal is to play games on high or ultra settings ( witcher 3 , gta v , far cry 4 and so ) without fps drops below 30 fps ( higher FPS is better but i think 40-45 would be nice ) and my second goal is the future proof of this system . Parts that i want to use : FX-8320 + R9 280x + 1X8GB ram + WD Blue 1TB + Corsair CX600M v2.3 . I didnt chose the mobo yet but i think ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 or ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G ( but i dont like the 760G chipset ) . In the future i will purchase a better CPU cooler maybe water cooling an SSD and another GPU ( if this GPU dont catch up with games on normal with the games that will come . I need this system last for 3-4 years at least ) . The monitor will be an 1080p with HDMI . I intend to buy this system from UK Newegg and have someone to send them to me in my country ( it cost about 20 euros and it`s a 100 % trusted person ) because here total price is about 150-200 GBP higher . The case will be DIY open bed i still think about the desingn but i will do it . Some recomandations ? This system will last 4 years at least ? Now i want ultra but on future i can lower settings . Maybe any recomandations ? r9 290 ? or 390 ? But i am on really tight budget about 450GBP with monitor and this is already over my budget so i have to wait for black friday . Any toughts ?

I think that you are heading in the wrong direction with this build. Your CPU/Motherboard is already out of date and there is no prospect of any meaningful upgrade. Like the current Intel LGA1150, what you have now is all you will ever have. That seems to be opposed to your plan for a future.

I'm assuming that you plan to overclock either now or in the future, so you need a robust board. I would not run a FX8320, much less overclock one, on any of the boards you suggested. You need a very good 970 or better. You talk about purchasing a better CPU in the future, there is none, at least not one that runs on any motherboard the FX8320 runs on.

Something like this.

It will run now, and will continue to run in the future, but has a limited upgrade path. (No CPU or motherboard) 1080p, 60Hz Ultra will not happen on all those games from the start.

You need more money or a different goal.

An Intel LGA1150 system will give you a meaningful future.

If you are not from UK and want cheap parts, you could order from Germany which has usally even cheaper parts than UK

Mindfactory cheapest store that sends around EU (per package 20€shipping)
Computeruniverse a little bit more expensive, but cheaper shipping (12€)

I dont have any ideea about how to deal with german site . But anyway i will keep that in mind . What about an i5 4460 ? And i prefer an r9 280x over 380 . Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
Acer G7 Series G227HQLbi Black 21.5" 6ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight Tilt Adjustable LCD Monitor IPS
CORSAIR CX series CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC CP-9020060
Team Elite 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model TED38G1600C1101
ASUS H81M-K LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I54460 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600
SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon R9 280X 100363VX-3L 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support TRI-X WITH BOOST
495 GBP is much over my budget but i think it can do better on black . ? Something wrong ? I dont care too much about the monitor it can be cheap if its at least with HDMI and 1080 and 59 hz
What i should change ? Maybe the mobo ? But i want something cheap . I`m not very good with the mobos .

Same as any other site, you can use ComputerUniverse in english http://www.computeruniverse.net/en/ and also if you find your components VIA Geizhals.de or Idealo.de they will be cheaper for about 1-2€ or even more depends on how much does something cost so if you are buying GPU that cost 400€ on the site you can go on Geizhals.de or Idealo.de and find the product and under it you click on ComputerUniverse link and you will probably able to buy GPU for 385€.

Yes i5 would be much better than fx-8320 for gaming
Corsair CX series PSU are bad quality - here you can check which are good quality (Tier 1 or 2) http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
And here you can check how much wattage for GPU - http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
Try getting H97 or Z97 chipset motherboard because they support Haswell refresh CPU right out of the box, H81 chipset doesnt. So if you get h81 chipset motherboard with old BIOS and not the latest the CPU wont work

I'm getting annoyed. This is the fourth time in two days when the system has dropped a long response, by logging me out when I press answer.

This is something you can afford, but with growth. I use that GPU for Witcher. It could be better, but it works. Importantly, it is one GPU with a good future second-hand market. It is the most powerful to upgrade common 300W PSU business computers to decent 1080p gaming graphjics.

You need to change your plan. You cannot begin to afford what you want. The PSU is the engine of your build. Cut corners elsewhere.

This option eliminates the possibility of later high-end overclocking. Your updates are limited to RAM, up to 16Gb, storage, with a SSD, and GPU, up to anything the PSU can take. A GTX 980ti will just run on this.

You will need a modern board or a BIOS update for this CPU board combination.
