Monitor suggestion please

I have $300 USD to spend on a new monitor, or maybe 2 monitors, but I don't know which one to buy. Some options are:

1xAsus VG248QE
1xAcer Touch GN246HL
2xAcer GN G246HL
2xAcer K222HQL

But any advice is appreciated!
Also, I don't have too many options because I'm from Mexico.

Do you value refresh rate and latency more or image quality. I would say, stick to a single monitor at that price. Are you able to find the AOC G2770PQU at whatever e-tailer or retailer you are planning to use? This is a 27" 1080p 144Hz panel that will really shine for gaming with its high refresh rate and low response time. $300 USD on Newegg but Newegg does not operate in Mexico.

AOC G2770PQU is $330 USD at Amazon Mexico, without shipping, and my budget is tight :/ But thanks for the suggestion. Is not only for gaming, I'll study interactive design, and I was using a 60" Sony Bravia TV, but I couldn't bring it to my house (I change city), but I have a 32" but i think is very bad, that's why I'm going to buy a new monitor(s) (sorry for my bad english)
