Don't write anymore data to that drive. Boot up a different SSD/hard drive and connect this 32 GB recovery drive as a secondary drive (not the drive that was booted up). Then download this program and run it (https://www.piriform.com/recuva). DO NOT download the program or any other program to the recently formatted drive.

When you run it, select "In a specific location" and browser to the root of the damaged hard drive. I'm guessing it'll be D:\ but you would know better.
I would also say that you should be careful not to overwrite the data on the drive.
Another thing you can consider is using a partition recovery tool and see whether you could recover your original partitions.
