I just bought window 10 oem 64 bit from new egg for my newly built pc. I can find my product key and don't know how to install this

Are they sending you a DVD? A USB? A download link?

What does your email confirmation say?

I just bought windows 10 oem and I got the product key but how to install it I tried installing my old windows 7 before it was just a upgrade how to do a deep installation and choose my ssd to boot it up and use hhd as storage for my pc. Also how install windows 10 oem?

You just bought it from Newegg.
They sent yo an email containing the license key, right?

So...
Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Scroll down and download this tool, either 32bit or 64bit, whichever OS you're doing this on
Run this tool
This will let you download the ISO file for Windows 10, or create a USB install drive.

Boot from that, and install on your new PC.
When you do the install, have ONLY the SSD connected. After it is all installed and working, then connect the HDD.

Ok first I build my pc I tried to install windows 7 but it was a upgrade(product key wasn't working) so I skipped the product key and turn it off.so I bought a windows 10 oem. How to install my windows 10 oem? Do I have to format? Because I don't know how to boot it up.

Windows 7 has nothing to do with this.
Create your install media from the link I gave you above. Either DVD or USB.
Boot from that.
Follow the directions.
