I currently have a great Samsung 2ms 21.5" monitor but unfortunately because I have to move it regularly the hdmi socket is playing up -
I need another anyway so I thought I'd buy the same as its great for both TV and gaming.

But I cant find this model anywhere and all the others I can find are 4 or 5ms response time

Can anyone suggest a good 2ms 21.5" comparable with the samsung (NOT Iiyama - those are appaling)

thanks

How about going with a 23" monitor? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236117. It's the one I use and highly recommend it.

If you're dead set on a 21.5" then:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236358

There's quite a number of 21.5" monitors out there up to 6ms response time and they're awfully good. Much has been written about response times and the consensus is that it's nearly impossible to tell any difference between a 1ms and 6ms monitor...and I would agree. Just sayin'.

Thanks theTempest

I need 21.5" because it has to fit in an oak unit.
Unfortunately I can tell the difference between a 2ms and 5ms
display and being spoilt by the samsung don't want to go back
to a slower response rate.

The newegg you suggest is out of stock in the UK but I did
discover Amazon has them so that's better still.

It gets very good reviews so I think I'll go for one of those
and hope it compares well to my samsung (syncmaster sa350) which
is fantastic (but I cant find any for sale)

The extra HDMI socket on the Asus will come in very handy as will the vga socket (Not too bothered by no DVI as i can always buy a vga2dvi plug if needs be)

The speakers on board dont interest me - I do think they are pointless
untill they can do at least 5w per channel plus a sub.

Anyway - this looks mnice so thanks again for the tip.
