When I hit the Start button on my PC, it immediately goes to " error loading OS'. I just had Windows 10 installed automatically on 31 July 2015 and I cannot get a Windows screen.

If you have successfully installed Windows 10 and got it running, then try performing a fresh install of Windows 10 by creating installation media with the Windows media creation tool:

Use the new USB or DVD installation media to perform a "Custom" installation.
