Which game is Better/Worth it

Hi im getting a new game but i cant decide which one to get and if it would be worth it or not (also if i could run it). I was thinking either GTA 5, or Arma 3, but ive heard Arma 3 has bad optimization. Any help/ideas is great!

Ugh, that sys would be stressed on either game, but likely handle GTA V better.
