Recommendations for 10 TB Raid 10 small business storage

I am new to planning storage so I need a few suggestions. I already know that with RAID 10, I need to already plan at minimum 20TB of raw storage capacity to allow for mirroring. We have around 50 people in our office that store their work files on team's server in office we are planning to decomission and move the file storage offsite to data center where we already have rack space for it.

Is Drobo's good? B1200i? Or any other suggestions or recommendations?
