Urgent question on shell shocker monitor

So I need to know pretty soon if this is a 60hz monitor or a 120hz monitor it does not have the refresh rate anywhere on the specs? Also for $120 is this a good deal?

If it doesn't mention the refresh rate, I would assume 60Hz. Anything other than 60Hz is highly marketable, and they will shove that information down your throat.

It's not 120 Hz. I have no idea whether it's a good monitor, but $120 is cheap as they come. It's not all that uncommon to find 23" monitors around that price, though. Try heading to thetracktor.com and looking up the price history for that monitor on amazon.com. Sometimes you can get a good feel for whether it's an unusually low price or not by doing that.
