How can I connect RCA output SetTop Box to Benq hdmi & dvi Moniter . Help ?

I got a new monitor that is Benq gw monitor. It has HDMI , DVI and VGA input. I already had an hathway set top box which have only 3cable RCA out put. Please guide me how can i connect both device. I am looking for for low cost (money wise) solution .

Is it component (red, green, blue) or composite (red, white, yellow)?

It has a usb powered converter box in between to convert the analog signal to digital signal.

hDMI to RCA direct cables also exist but they do not work , they are for very specific old models which accepted analog signals with hdmi.
