Can I run games on Medium to High on this PC?

Archgaull

Admirable
This would serve you much better. The additional fans are completely unnecessary, the HDD and SSD are better quality, and the CPU and GPU are much better. Honestly, the fan controller is unnecessary too but I left it in.
