Best monitor with height adjust.

I'm looking for a new monitor. As the title states, I want a monitor with height adjust. I've seen a lot of monitor with height adjust, but there is always something that makes me don't wanna buy it, for example, thick bezels, glossy finish, too expensive for what it actually offers, or the color.

Can you guys help me find one? I don't really mind glossy finish, but I'd rather not have one.

It's so thick. I don't know if it's actually "really thick" or it's just normal, because this is my current monitor is this from Asus (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AVYNS7M/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER) and the bezels are almost non-existent, BUT it has no height adjust.

What I'm looking for:
anything from 23" to 27"
60Hz is fine
Full HD 1080p
Height adjust
Response time (anything from 1 to 5)
Matte finish (if possible)
around $200 (US)

Heya bud! you can't avoid getting a big bezels on Benq screens! but for what you are looking for, in terms of quality and that response time interval, i'd suggest you buying the first Benq you linked your self!

Would you be willing to spend a bit more? I have one here that fits your description. Before linking, I just want you to disregard the response time on this panel, and this spec in general. It's all marketing, it doesn't actually mean anything to anyone, experts included. Also, you did not mention what panel type you are looking for, so the monitor I'll be linking is using an IPS-LCD panel. It's the best out of the three common panels, TN, MVA, and IPS.
