i3 3220. what is my bottle neck?

Hello my specs:
i3 3220 overclock to 3462mhz
4Gb a-data 1600
4Gb hyper x 1600
Radeon hd 6870
SSD 128GB
HDD 1TB Blue
Psu corsair Cx750M
I sometimes find regular thing such as web browsing, web streaming and games laggy.
what might be my issue?

if you want to game, you need a better GPU, if you want to improve browsing and general desktop stuff get an SSD.

Did you have a lot of things running while you ran that benchmark? The test results you linked show that your CPU isn't performing as well as it should.

After you sort out your CPU issue, your GPU is the weakest link. Something like a GTX 960 would cost you around $175 and double your PCs gaming performance. Its probably not worth getting anything better than a GTX 960 without also upgrading your CPU.
