Bad System Config Info?

So, wandering around in the wonderland that is The Witcher 3, my computer froze. I reset it using the reset button and got a DISK READ ERROR (ctrl+alt+del to reboot). And then I found that power cycling my SSD helped, which was nice. Upon rebooting back, Windows performed a disk check, then diagnostics, a restart, and then I got into Windows proper. Checking WhoCrashed, it gave me back BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO, and the following (large 316 MB) dmp file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7JaM4fk_lOGZkdudWJrYXlNSVE/view?usp=sharing

Any clues to what happened?

Try using BlueScreenView to determine exactly what process or driver is responsible for that single crash:

However, as your SSD seems to have acted up, it may have a faulty power or data connection. Try changing the SATA data and power cables, or switching ports.
