2nd Monitor "Check Signal Cable" But Visible on 1st Monitor as Working

Hey guys.. so as read in the title my 2nd monitor says to check the signal cable. I have tried 2 different DVI cables so that isn't the problem. The strange thing is at using VGA it works perfectly fine but I need to use DVI or else I cant run my 1st monitor..

In my NVidia Control Panel it shows that both monitors are connected whilst the 2nd still says Check Signal Cable..

Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks!
