How to put Windows 10 onto a USB drive from a disk.

I have recently bought Windows 10 for my new PC and I do not have an optical drive. I am not sure how to put it onto a USB drive so I can install it from that. I've looked all over but I can't find a solid way to do it. I also only have a iMac as another computer so I'm not sure if it will affect how to put windows 10 onto the USB drive. If it is needed I could use a friends PC.

If your iMac comes with a DVD-ROM drive, format the USB stick as FAT on your Mac and copy the content of the DVD to the USB stick.

Go to this website, download the media creation tool that you want, run it, and it will automatically create a windows boot disk on your USB drive and download all the info straight to it.

Or, you can purchase an EXTERNAL DVD drive for your computer, plug it in and use it that way.
