Graphic Cards on fist PC

So im building my first gaming pc and have everything picked out except my graphics card im deciding between the asus strix gtx 960 or the evga 950 ftw or the radeon r9 280... ive been trying to decide for the longest time and would like your opinion on which i should choose. thanks

To make a sound judgement, we need to know the rest of the system and your budget. But the GTX 960 is slightly faster than the R9-280 in the games and benchmarks I tested. And the Evga GTX 960 FTW (I have one) is the faster clocked of the 960s out of the box.

(3DMark IDs it as an HD-7950 because it is a re-brand)

Yes, I would go with the GTX 960 FTW... for the above reasons. And because Evga has the best warranty. The only draw-back is they aren't as pretty as other cards.
