Lenovo laptop stuck in Windows startup logo

I have a Lenovo G500 upgraded to Windows 10. Last night I switched it off but now when I turn it on, it stucks in the startup Lenovo logo. I think that it is a driver issue but I cannot boot it in safe mode to fix it? What can I do? ( I don't mind to lose my files) Thanks in advance.

Spamming F8 during the startup process should invoke the Advanced Startup Options menu. If this is not possible, however, your best bet may be to perform a clean installation of Windows 10, by downloading the media creation tool here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Use it to create new USB or DVD installation media for Windows 10, that you will use to perform a "Custom" installation, without loss of data (or with if you choose to format). This clean installation will work better than an upgrade installation, and it will self-activate without need of a product key.
