Cadillac Seville gets hot when I drive

Car engine gets hot after I drive for about 30 minutes. The tempature gauge starts to lean to hot. It goes to normal when I stop. What is the problem??

Off hand it sounds like a somewhat plugged ac condenser or you'r low on fluid in the radiator (not the fill tank).
