New AOC monitor and jittering lines while using netflix

So I purchased a new 27" AOC monitor his summer and it works fine for gaming, but when I watch Netflix, I often get these sort of jittering lines on the top third of the monitor almost as if there is something wrong with the refresh rate. Any ideas what it might be or how I can fix it?

Just thought I'd ask again and see if anyone had any ideas. When I watch netflix I seem to have trouble rendering the shows. Lots of issues on the top half of the screen. No issues with gaming that I've noticed or when on the net to ask questions on the forum here or anything, so I'm thinking it's not really an RMA situation, but I'm wondering if anyone has had issues like this watching netflix shows or if there is anything I need to better coordinate with netflix setting or anything weird like that. Thanks.
