i only upgraded my desktop from windows 7 x64 SP1 to Windows 10. and since then i havent been able to use Speccy or any other Spec Software, due to, what im assuming is, an uncompatible driver? (cpuz138_x64.sys)
and once it restarts, it takes a good 5-10 minutes to boot up, when my laptop, both runs speccy, CPU-ID AND boots up incredibly quickly.

Latest 10 update auto removes Speccy. Workaround is to DL again but delete the 64bit version in the install folder and point the Desktop icon to the 32 bit version which is stable in Windows 10. Piriform auto sends you 64 version if your PC is running 64 bit windows. Have started new thread with this fix but thought I would add it here as this thread came up when I was looking for a solution.
