Approve this AMD - Mid Gaming Build PC

Hi Team,

I would like you to suggest / consult me if the below build is okay to run games like GTA V, Battlefield, Far cry 3 and other popular games in High/Medium setting in decent FPS ( 40-60 FPS).

I will be connecting this PC to my 42 inch Samsung LED HDTV.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 6-Core Gaming AM3+ Processor
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 AM3+ SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
RAM: 8GB Gaming RAM (corsair vengeance/ g skill ripjaws)
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB SATA 6GB 7200RPM
Video GFX Card: GTX 950
Computer Case: Best Selling Tower
Power Supply: Corsair 600W PSU

My budget is 35,000-40,000 INR(Indian Currency), i.e around $ 530- $ 600.

I am buying only to play games during weekend, no Hardcore gaming, no multitasking, no heavy apps like photoshops, video editing.

The build is fine , but gtx 950 is not available right now in india ,or is it? Asus priced it at 15,500. which is almost what a gtx 960 costs . So its not really VFM here . GReedy Comapanies.........
And i would not go with an fx 6300. You have not used cpu cooler. I would rather go for an intel build with h81m and dont bother with overclocking.
