I currently run Windows 7 Pro, installation is over 3 years old. On my C drive (SSD 60gb) i have ONLY windows, drivers and a few smaller programs. When installation was fresh i had some 30-40GB used and over the course of 3 years it has been filling up slowly.
I regularly use CCleaner, windows disc clean up and other specialized software to free up disc space but i am now at 1-2gb free space and can't seem to find what's using up so much space.
I disabled hibernation, reduced page file on C: to 512MB, extended page file on D: to 2GB (i have 8GB of DDR3), disabled System Restore completely and i am running out of ideas.

Anyone have any idea what's eating so much space and how to remove it? Any help is appreciated.

Run this https://windirstat.info/ you will get a pretty good idea about where to search for used space.

A lot of times the c:\windows\winsxs fills up and is tough to clean up. On my system it's about 13 gig.
