Computer only boots up if I turn my power supply on and off

Hello,

I build a custom computer and it has been running fine until I installed windows 10. About 2 weeks after ive been having an issue where my computer wont boot up or restart unless I switch my power supply on and off. My computer will just boot up with nothing on the monitor. Then during the boot process if I turn my power supply on and off, then turn the computer on it will work. The next time I turn it back on it wont unless I do the same cycle.

Specs:
1 Intel SSD with OS
2 Samsung EVO ssd's in raid
i74770k overclocked to 4.2 Ghz
980ti OC
1000 watt evga power supply
16 GB of Corsair RAM
GA-Z87-D3HP

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would check if there is BIOS update since you just updated to OS windows 10

If not test your computer with another PSU, it is possible that is causing an issue but not likely.
