hi there,
i've been having problems with updating my amd driver(amd catalyst control centre) for some time now. everytime i got told to install a new driver i would download and install it, but somehow the software never got updated. im a year further now and i finally noticed that im still using a driver from about a year ago, so i searched for the problem. apparently people with the same problem had to remove their driver before installing the updated version. this is where i got stuck.
i removed the driver like i would remove any program via the windows control panel(or option as its called now). but after restarting the amd driver is still running, and when i go to remove programs i can't even find the program anymore. i didnt find any uninstall option in the software itself either.
the version i have right now: 15.20.1062.1004-150803a-184226E
my graphics card: amd r9 290x sapphire
