Serious static when using anything that has audio.

I'm getting this static whenever I'm using anything that has audio (games/youtube videos/etc). It seems to disappear whenever I restart my pc or disable and re enable my main audio device, however it comes back after an hour or so. Not too sure what could be causing it, but there's a good chance it has something to do with windows 10 or something that was updated recently that could be causing compatibility issues.

I'm using Realtek HD Audio and my motherboard is an Asrock 970 extreme 3. I can provide more info if needed.
