Will the following specs is enough to run "MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming OC 2GB GDDR5" GFX card or ASUS GeForce® GTX 750 TI ?

Specs:
Asus M4A88TM motherboard
2*2 GB Corsair 1333mhz ram.
Corsair 550 watt psu(vs 550)
AMD Phenom II x4 955 processor.

it has a higher base clock vs MSI

it has a higher boost clock vs MSI

it achieves better fps vs MSI

better cooling of gpu vs MSI

it is ASUS (can't go wrong)
