6600k v 6700k for upcoming games

I am building a new computer this year and I was wondering which processor to choose. I want to run everything coming out this year (Fallout, Battlefront, Black Ops, etc.) on extreme settings at 1440p. The monitor I am getting is ASUS ROG Swift. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ASUS 980Ti Strix
Corsair HX1000i
Maximus VIII Hero
Corsair LPX 16GB DDR4
Corsair Neutron SSD x2 (120,480)
H100i GTX Cooler
