12v Battery Voltage Problem at my Electric Scooter.

Hello.I have an electric scooter 1000w,48v20a.Max speed of 70kph and 50km per charge.

İt used to go 50km per charge last year but today goes 10km.

İ measured the batteries at full charge.3 of them was 13.45v.1 of them was 11.40v!!!

İ think the last of them makes problem about range.

What can i do to fix that 4th batteries voltage?Ex:Overvolting,smart charging...

I am guessing this is a lithium battery? Was it stored flat or fully charged? Both of these states are bad for lithium batteries when storing for long periods, about 60% charged is best.

What can you do, well if you have access to a charger that has a balance facility and this battery has a balance lead you can try a balance charge but with the battery so far out of sync its highly likely you have a dead/dying cell. If its dead/dying then all you can do is buy a new battery pack

Ok that improves your chances of rescuing it. You really need a means of charging that cell on its own or discharging the others to the same level
