Please help. I had the Win10 upgrade and my system is a mess. Programs are not working. When I tried to revert back I was told I can't because Win10 has removed some of the files. Why?? Is there any other way I can dump Win10 and run my old OS Win7 without losing any information.

After ~ a month, Win10 deletes the files that allow the roll back. http://www.howtogeek.com/220723/how-to-uninstall-windows-10-and-downgrade-to-windows-7-or-8.1/
If you didn't make a disk image before the upgrade, you'll have to do a clean install of Win7 from your installation DVD.
