I built a PC recently with a friend but we're having an issue, we bought 2 sticks of 4gb ram. When both are placed into the motherboard the computer turns on then turns off, the monitor does not connect. When one stick of 4gb ram is inserted it works just fine, and that has been what we've been running off of since. I tried turning on the XMP profile but it still doesn't startup. Is there something in bios I should be looking for?
