PC gaming monitor under 200 dollars

I'm building a setup that I have everything for except the monitors, I was planing on getting three monitors but my budget is not good enough. The only monitor that I have found to be good is the Acer GN246HL which is 199 dollars on Amazon. I really want a 24 inch but it can be 23.6 if necessary. Since I will be playing PC games which are mostly FPS I need a 1 or 2 ms response time and 144 or 120 Hz monitor. My budget is 200 dollars but it could be better if it's below the budget mark but I can understand if there isn't any of them below this price range.

Cost 30 bucks more. but definitely worth it
