Windows 10: Windows Explorer not loading content + no thumbnail preview. This video shows my problem:

I ran my advanced Windows settings at the "Best Appearance" Settings" and it just made Windows 10 look better, it changed barely anything in Windows Explorer.
There are no solutions for this on the internet, so I need a unique fix for it.

FIXED IT:
FIX TAKEN FROM HERE:

1. Open Registry Editor (Start > Type regedit and press enter)
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search
3. Double click SetupCompletedSuccessfully
4. Change it from a 1 to a 0.

Windows Search service then started and all the errors in the Event Viewer no longer appeared.

Maybe this will save you 30 minutes of searching or whatever. I fixed my viewing video thumbnails issue using this little configuration program: Media Preview @ http://babelsoft.net/products/mediapreview.htm I'm sure it does something similar to all the tech fixes but you know, I really don't want to know all the different tech fixes. I just want it to work. I'm win10 x64, BTW. Oh, and it also does audio and picture thumbnails and some other stuff I didn't check out. Cheers!
